Bloomfield
2017

Bloomfield was a wide-span project considering it ranged from the design of the space to the branding. The two-story building where it takes place was charming but needed considerable work inside and outside. As for the latter, I restored the classic french facade that was already there and added some new details like a series of vintage television lights.

For the space’s interior, a lot of the design got dictated by materials and furniture the owner already owned. The use of it turned out to be a challenge as well as a source of inspiration.

Moreover, since the space totals 660 sq. ft, it was important to use every square foot to have the most seats possible. One of the major outcomes of this issue was the positioning of benches directly on the window stools.
